I have been trying to restructure my mortgage for years. Wells Fargo finally approved me with an offer of $960.00 per month. I accepted their - offer in - 2015. They took their sweet time in sending documents to be signed for the loan modification. In doing so They added another payment to the over due balance. That in turn has jacked up my monthly payment to $970.00 The greedy - at Wells Fargo are trying to squeeze every dime they can from me.
