I keep requesting that Citibank remove my co-signer as I have met all requirements and do not want to pay off student loans until they are in my name alone to get the full benefit on my FICO score and credit history. In addition I have been paying these loans for more than seven years straight and on time. There is NO form for me to fill out to request my co-signer be removed anywhere on Citibank or it 's affiliated sites and they keep changing the terms of my loan contract. This is outright fraud and I will seek legal action against Citibank as a result. They have failed to validate the loans as is my right and will not show where they were disbursed and demanded I prove who I was when I logged in and found another person was applying for a student loan with my social security number in 2006! I was not allowed to cancel the process under threat of a lawsuit by Citibank and am ready to sue. I ca n't find out if the loans I 'm paying for are even MY loans! This is fraud! I will be filing a complaint EVERY


since what they are doing is out of blatant disregard of a contract that resembles nothing at all of what I had signed. I am sick of being cursed at by representatives on the phone, lied to, denied my - from - and more. These group of criminals have been already found guilty of fraud concerning what I have stated above and yet they are allowed to continue to break the law and the contract. I make more money at a stable job and meet the first agreed upon requirements for several years now. The fact that they do NOT have a co-signer release form anywhere on their sites or affiliate web sites further proves they never had any intent of releasing any co-signer. This is n't just misleading a student it 's outright fraud on a contract.
