BB&T Financial Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement North Carolina

My debit card was stolen when I was at a - - in - on - -, 2015. I paid to have my nails done prior to receiving service and my wallet ( onkly containing the debit card and license - were - stolen. I did not realize the wallet had been stolen because it was taken out of my purse and my purse was not stolen. When I discovered that it had been stolen, I immediately reported it stolen on - -, 2015 and got a new license. My fraud claim to the bank ( BB & T ) was denied because they feel like I did not have enough evidence. I have since filed a police report about the charges which were made in another town - -, NC - totaling $2400.00.
