On or about -/-/2015, I telephoned a Payment Assistance Specialist '' at Wells Fargo. I was told I can not receive any further forbearances and I must pay by - -, 2015. This person was trying to see if my being in - - '' may help get an in-school deferment, but she thought not. This person offered no information about getting another servicer or modifying the loan. It seems, Wells Fargo wants me to default on the loans! - - University - - -, -, VA -
