Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Virginia

Suntrust Bank has consistently reordered my transactions to charge me multiple NSF Fees. These small transactions were not showing as pending but as posted as early as 2 days before the charges were added. I had - check outstanding and this was somehow placed before the other transactions so NSF fees could be charged.
