Delta Management went through the State of California and garnished my retirement with out any prior communication. They claimed I had signed a loan consolidation through them and I had not. When I ask for proof they would put me off and would not respond to my calls or e-mails. I tried to work with them and they appeared to want to work with me but when I started to comply with their request, they backed off, The process went like this : They were informed and requested for paper work to work with them on a payment plan. o I complied with every request made. o I saw on the internet where they were doing things that were not in compliance with the information that was on their website. I inquired about it. When I inquired, that is when they stop trying to act as if they were working out a plan with and for me. The - said they are not working for them and they have had a lot of problems with honesty and integrity and they were not representing them.
