Approximately - or - -, I called Bonneville Collections to pay what I owed with them. I was attempting to get a mortgage and the debt needed to be paid. I asked them if I was paid with them and the operator responded that I was paid. I never heard from them again. Fast forward to - -, I called on a separate issue and was then told I owed a few hundred dollars from an account in -! I was never told about this, never billed. Now they want interest paid when they never billed me and told me I did n't owe anything! Now they 've reported these accounts to the credit bureaus before responding to my dispute, before giving me a chance to rectify this situation.
