False statements or representation Impersonated an attorney or official Pennsylvania

On Friday - - 2015, I received a voicemail from -. This number does not match the collection agency so I believe it was spoofed. The caller claimed to be from the - county sheriff 's office and stated that I had - warrants out for my arrest and that by calling me, I had been ''served '' I have no warrants and this call was from National Recovery Agency , a bill collector. The caller did not identify herself or state that she or the company was a debt collector. It is illegal to impersonate law enforcement and I doubt the sheriff 's office would take kindly to this.
