I received unsigned communication from an alleged mortgagee debt collector ( Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing ) claiming that they represent - - and that I owe $84000.00 to their client. I have replied to them with in the - day period they set a verification of debt documentation and have sent it to them via Certified Registered mail # -, Giving them - days to respond. Since I know that their attempts are fraudulent, as I do not owe this money to anyone I want to get the CFPB involved. I have attached the documentation that has gone out to Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing,
