Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Utah

I have over $2000.00 a month I am currently supposed to pay in student loans. I am in the income based repayment plan for my federal loans, but my private loans have not been able to work with me - - and Wells Fargo -. I have already files a complaint with - seeing as I have tried everything and am now forced to pay them every month, leaving me unable to make other payments to survive. However, Wells Fargo does have a income based repayment plan, which I was very excited to be a part of. However, after I sent them everything they needed to see if I qualified they told me that even if we reduce your payment to $1.00 a month, you still would n't be able to afford it ''. Therefore, they did nothing and I am required to pay near $700.00 a month to them. I have tried offering to pay $ -/loan a month, but they will not take it and say it will still charge off. I am left helpless, hopeless and unable to function. I am begging for help. I desire to pay my loans, as I am the one who took them out, but I ca n't survive this way.
