Hunterwarfield debt collection company and I reached an agreement where I would pay $2100.00 to settle a debt owed to springfield apartment and they would report the debt to Credit Bureaus as paid and closed. I finished making the payment on -/-/15 after - payment and as of -/-/15 which is - days later they have failed to report the debt as paid. I have spoken with - and they inform me that Hunterwarfield has not reported the debt as paid even though customer representatives at Hunterwarfield keep telling me they have. At other times when I call Hunterwarfield they hung up on me. I would apprecaite assistance with this issue as Hunterwarfield promised me they would take 30-45 days to update the credit bureaus and have refused to do so and keep lying to me that they have.
