I have an - - card through dillards. The orignial company that own this card was -, and they have sold it to wells fargo. I have made all my payments on time up until -, when I tried to activate my credit protection benefits and wells fargo the new owner of the card is telling me thy do n't offer that service but I paid every month on my statements for it. I ' experiencing a financial hardship in my life and need this beneift activated. I have called wells fargo and someone was suppose to get back to e regarding this.
