I resigned from a position I had with a - back on - -, 2015. I had a - account with instructions that stated within 60 days of departure, I was to receive the money direct deposited to a bank account. The positions were sold on -/-/15 and the cash proceeds transferred out on -/-/15. I called my former employer to ask when these proceeds would be direct deposited and was told they would be sent -/-/15 and available -/-/15. I checked my account on -/-/15 and there was no deposit. I spoke with the bank today and they said the deposit would not be made until -/-/15. I received no phone call or correspondence informing me of this change nor an explanation, not to mention the fact that it exceeds the legally stipulated 60 day window. I am in need of this money in order to pay taxes, bills, and to provide for my family. I need a resolution immediately as this is unacceptable use of a former employers money.
