Lease was broken due to loss of employment and -. There were 3 months left on the signed lease. The apartment was re-rented a month later. They kept the security deposit of $1400.00 and trying to charge me and additional - although there was no loss of rent. Apartment was cleaned and were no damages, IQ Data is harassing me on a daily basis. Under the Washington Law Tenants ACT, they are breaking the rules. Landlords must mitigate there damages. I have written to these individuals and they have placed this on my credit report.
