In 2013 I had applied for Mortgage refinancing loan with Wells Fargo. The loan was not approved because of the low appraisal value of the property and so it never closed. However, - years later I learned that Wells Fargo had placed a lien on my property even though I do n't have any loans with them I do n't owe them any money. I had sent my request and explanation to Wells Fargo ( by fax on - ) asking them to remove the lien from my property and to send me the release letter stating that I do not owe them any money ( which I need to be approved for a home equity loan ) but so far I was unable to get the lien removed.
