Payday loan Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Virginia

I keep receiving calls from some legal '' department stating that I owe $4000.00 on a payday loan - that I can settle for $900.00 and when I ask for some sort of documents - either email or mail, they turn up the threats - process server will be at your house btwn -- '' - you will go to jail you will be ruined. They have my SSN, my address, my email, phone # BUT I do n't owe anything to anyone. When I tell them that I researched them online and found - other complaints, I was called a nosy - - I need to pay the $.00 I hang up and then they call back. The voicemail is an automated VM message stating I have to go to a mandated check writing class, I have committed wire fraud and check fraud. I do n't owe them anything, but they call and harass me - so far in -/-/- alone, - times.
