The calls occur at least - times weekly. ( A record is being maintained. ) I have responded appropriately to the company 's - ( - ) written communiques, acknowledging that I owe the amount due and will pay it by - -, 2015 or sooner, and I have asked the vendor 's representatives to STOP CALLING ME. I have attempted to talk personally to the company 's credit department supervisor but ( s ) he does not call me back.
