I had a genesis lending loan, that has been charged off, it is appearing on my credit report and weighing it down a lot. I have called genesis and was redirected to another company phone number -, they do n't seem to have any information on me, I called called - whose name appear on my credit report and they do n't have any information on my loan. I have trying to get information, no one seems to know or have any information about me. If I CA N'T GET INFORMATION, I WANT THE REPORT REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT.
