The terms of my Chase Private Student Loan were not explained thoroughly, and I was not informed there was a default repayment date set, even though I was enrolled in school. While trying to maintain monthly payments, my private student loan went into collections, and then without warning or notice went into default. I am a student at - - - in -, CA.
