Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer New York

My loan payment was raised by $130.00 dollars with no written notice by Discover Student Loans. They are unwilling to work with me to reduce my payments, & say that if I do n't make full payments they will report me to a credit company. I always make my payments on time. They have withdrawn funds my checking account without my consent & they admitted to doing it. I am having so many issues with Discover Student Loans.
