Discover Credit card department,
made payment on time but 20 minutes late was charged $35.00 fee. Called to complain and was told fee would credited back into account for being a loyal customer since 1996 and always paying on time. Now two month later they DISCOVER CARD has n't given me a refund!! After phoning a bunch of times!
