Portfolio Recovery constantly calls from different numbers. When I block one of their numbers, they call from another one. I have no debts. I pay off credit cards in 30 days with auto-pay from my bank account. This may be one of those zombie debts '' that - - was just fined for. I would like Portfolio Recovery to stop calling.
