I am one month behind on my credit card bill due to changes to income and family sitatuion that were unexpected. I have cummunicated my current situation to the people at Synchrony Bank and it is like they do not care. They are calling my phone - times per day a lot of times right after - and within 2 hours of each other. This is harrassing and starting to affect my concentration at work as they are calling all day. I will pay them once I obtain the money ... told them this as well. My credit used to be - and now has decreased to the - since my hardship. I keep my word but trials come up that you must handle and this is one of them. Please help ... I am sure they are harrassing others as I and I am only one month behind. Next step is considering legal action for emotional reasons. Thanks for this site to vent.
