Placed my credit card on monthly payment plan many years ago due to financial hard ship. Plan allowed one payment holiday per 12 month period if paid according to agreement, with proper notification to Chase bank. DUring the 5 years, I took - payment holidays, with notification through the Chase on-line access. Chase has these notifications. After the last -, Chase reported my account 30 days delinquent. I filed a complaint, and paid off the account. After review, they reported me late for 6 months, then 90 days late for 1 month.
