Good Afternoon, Last year around -/-/- timeframe, I purchased a car from Drivetime located near - - After driving the car for about a month I noticed the car was overheating. After checking the coolant level myself I put coolant into the car and after several days the car started overheating again. I than contact the car wwarrant company and was told to take the car in to the nearest repair shop to have it looked at. I took it to the service station on - and was told that the coolant would not stay in the car and that the new brakes had been placed on rotors that needed replaced. After spending money to have what i though was minor repairs. The car continue to overheaat causing me to take it again into the shop. This time it had to have extensive work done to it. The head gasket had to be replaced, the belts, the themostat and several other things that cause me to have to utilize a loaner car until the dealership could contact the warranty company to see what they would cover. After about a month, I went to pick up my car and noticed that


be replace along with the battery and talso the alternator. After paying the fees that were out of pocket that the warranty company didnt cover. I fell so behind on my car payments and requested assistance from the car covers and was told that they would look into it. After - to - around the month of - after giving the clear that everything was changed and fixed, I arrived in - where the car statred to overheat again. I stop at a autoparts store and a technican after i purchased coolant came out to assistance me and my - small daughters with putting the coolant in the car. He informed me that the coolant was leaking from the car and to have it looked at immediately. I arrived in - safely and immediate after getting settled located an - dealership and took my car in to found out that the coolant had leaked all through the car causing the catiliycal converter to go bad again and so they had to replace it and the belts again due to the leaking problem. After paying over - dollars to get car out again. A month had passed and the car stopped again while at the gas stattion. Had to get it jumpped and was warned it might be an electrial problem and not to drive it. Drove it about a - and then it stopped at the store and wouldnt start again with a jump. So the vechile had to be towed back to the dealership at the time I was informed to trade the car because the converter needed to be replaced and there were other problems that couldnt be seen and could be other problems that are unknow at the time.. Contact the company trying to get a resoultion and was told they woud not help me. I sent scra with order and was told no help would be grant. I also requested that it be removed off my credit report due to a request to have a security clearance. They are reprting a charge off and refuse to try and work with me. So on today -/-/- I received a call from a rep to fill out a form to surrender the car. I can no longer afford to pay - dollar for current repairs or aford to get stranded on the roadside with my family
