On -/-/15 I reached a settlement agreement with Gatestone agency to pay off my debt with a - - - credit card. The settlement was for several hundred dollars less than the original amount, but I was assured that my account would be considered paid in full. One week later, my bank account was charged the remainder of the balance of my debt without any authorization from me or prior knowledge of this fact.
