There was a small charge on my Banana Republic Credit Card that I never received a bill or a statement for and was reported as a hit to my credit score. When I finally received notice that I was severely overdue and had been reported, I paid the charge in full and cancelled the card. I work hard to maintain my credit score and do not want it to be damaged because of a charge I was never properly informed of. The delinquent amount was for less that $50.00.
