I was contacted by my current Mortgage lender Freedom Mortgage Lender NMLS ID : - to do a refiance to lower my rate. I proceeded with the transaction and closed on -/-/2015. After the - day right to recind period on - - 2015 the new loan was signed and funded. As of today - - 2015 Freedom Mortgage has not paid off my old loan with them and have now requested I pay them money to do so!
