They have called multiple times even after contact, sometimes - to - times a day. It is a debt from 2007 which is past the 7 year period. I have spoke to theit legal department and they refuse to give me an address where I can send a cease and desist letter via certified mail. - man told me he will call my children 's children if that what it takes to collect as long as it takes. The state laws do n't apply.
