I have a - mortgage with PNC. The interest rate is very high. I have not received a statement for several years. they used to send a letter that acknowledged my payment, but that stopped too. My crime is paying early. According to - of these letters, since I pay early I am not entitled to a statement. I have tried to sign up for online access, but it is not possible. Whenever I try to call the wait is longer than - minutes. for 9 %, it would be nice to get some information about my loan. I have attempted to complain directly to the company, but I a form response that ignored my questions. Is this legal?
