I received a notice from a collection agency ( Vengroff Williams ) and am contacting you because I do not owe this debt. This was settled with - back in -/-/-. I picked up the trailer in - for a - way trip to -. When I went to turn the trailer in at the - location, the place was closed. I then called the - number and was told just to drop it off. They would take care of it on their next business day. - charged my credit card and then refunded the amount after I called them explaining what happened. I called the collection agency when I received the first notice. Today ( -/-/- ) I received a - notice for VW. I did submit a dispute to - today as well. Also, I do not have any paperwork from - on this because it is from -/-/-.
