This is not a valid debt, and Diversified Consultants , Inc did not investigate nor give me an answer to valid this debt, but took the easy route and placed it on my credit report instead of investigating the validity of account before the date of the letter prior to placing this bogas debt on my credit. This is a bogus claim from - - -. I have been making attempts to contact this collection agency withing the 30 day time frame to find out why are they contacting me with a debt to collect with incorrect information and wrong amount of what is owed to - - - reporting the incorrect amount ; When in fact I notified the company to fix the problem to terminate service and adjust my bill which never was completed.. Each month they would overcharge me, so I terminated services and retained a new phone service but - still billed me for over three months.This is NOT my bill and will not pay it. I 've sent correspondence to the collection agency and they went behind my back with the incorrect amount of bill and placed it on my credit report before the 30 days for them to answer my dispute was done. I want this off my credit report at once! Have Diversified Consultants , Inc confirm the true amount of debt and remove off my credit report at once.
