JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California
chase.com website has the option to dispute charges made un-authorized on credit card accounts, it says there that they will close the card and replace it with a new one ... which is not true because I did n't get a replacement and they never close the credit card.
