I already filed a complaint against the issuer JP Morgan Chase. This is against their collection agency who is harassing me. The credit card was under my corporations name, - - -, which filed Chap - in 2011. I never agreed to, nor signed, any personal guarantees on this debt. This whole process is unfair, unethical and illegal
