ProCollect refuses to provide any further information to verify the debt other than the name of the company and the amount. There is no contact information for the medical company as it appears they are no longer in business. The medical group appeared to provide services in - 2009 but we have never been contacted by phone or in writing until after the account was placed into collections and reported to the credit bureaus. We did not even get a chance to provide insurance information to the original provider.
