Experian Credit reporting agency signed me up for for credit monitoring '' without my consent then refused to refund the charge. The business model they have employed does not rely on selling a service, it relies on consumer not reading the tiny declaimer at the bottom of a web site that that you think is verifying identity, but unknown to the consumer they are being subscribed ''. This may or may not be Fraudulent by the letter of the law but is CERTAINLY fraudulent by the spirit of the law.
