My business checks were stolen and I contacted the customer care department to request that I get a new account number. I was told that I need to pay $30.00 for a stop payment on the checks that were stolen and that I had to go into the branch to get that done. I went into the branch on - -, -, Georgia and was told that every member that is listed on the business with the - of - had to be with me when all of the members listed on the business are not listed on the bank account. I explained about the checks being stolen and was told that was the only way I would be able to get new checking account number.
