Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Alabama

I have contacted this agency more than once and unfortunately they are very rude and have even hung up on me as I tried to communicate that this debt is not mine. They DID admit that my E-spouse listed me as a responsible party ''. She has, nor had No Right or Permission to contract any debt on my behalf. This collection, I recently learned about was part of the reason I can not purchase a home for my family.
