My husband and I got a mortgage loan from beneficial mortgage -/-/-. We bought a credit life insurance policy from Beneficial when we got the loan. My husband died -/-/-. I have told beneficial repeatedly that he died and that I want to get the benefit of the credit life insurance policy but they just ignore me.
