I submitted a complaint about CAPITOL ONE, regarding Home Equity Account # - on -/-/2015. This is an addendum to my previous complaint. Please see the letter attached, which I am sending to Capitol One today. It details the arbitrary changes they have made to my account since my conversations with them last week.
