Payday loan False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount California

Collector is attempting to re-age a -/-/- debt by reporting to credit bureaus that it was opened in - - and to make matters worse reporting that the account went into default in - -, moreover they also claim that the first date of delinquency occurred - -. The the payday loan was originated in -/-/- but - solutions has re-aged the account and has confirmed the above dates to all - credit bureaus. They have also claimed that they just found me in -/-/- - solutions is in clear violations of FDCPA. I have contacted all - Credit bureaus regarding this matter and - and - and they have failed to abide by the policy in place to prohibit such reporting. I would like this erroneous item to be removed by both bureaus. I have went through the steps of contacting the bureaus but they have just taken the word of the collection agency.
