Capital One Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California

I am looking at my credit score and i am seeing a few things wrong with this information. - i have a name on there that is not mine. The spelling is different which leads me to believe that someone is stealing my identity. Second there are credit cards on there that do not belong to me. I have never owned a credit card. I would like this information reviewed. The credit card i noticed right off hand was kohls credit card. I have never shopped at this store. Please let me know how this can be handled.
