I HAVE A LOAN WITH PNC AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GRANT MY DEED IN LIEU AND ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME ANY RELOCATION ASSISTANCE WITH MY DEED IN LIEU. I HAVE SENT THEM THE DEED AND I AM ENCLOSING THIS GRANT DEED AS WELL.
