I have an account with the Synchrony -. They offer no interest for a certain amount of time which I have used and paid the amount off within that time limit. A flooring company used this card and I asked for - year no interest which I had done before with a lessor amount charged. In - months I saw that the amount was due so I called the company and explained the - year request and the representative of the company assured me that they would honor that and give me an additional - months.


I called back and the person I talked to and her supervisor said tough luck. They would not give me the extra - months that the other had promised. I would have paid it off if I had known I wouldn't have the extra time.
