Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New Jersey

On - -, 2015 I try using my Navy Federal Credit at - and because insuffient fund it was decline the - Tech had swipe back Card several times. When I realized that I did not have enough money in my account I transfer funds from my saving account into my Checking Account and having to return items I wish purchase. By returning the items bring the purchase total down to a reasonable amount for the bank can approved the purchase. The Navy Federal Credit Denied my purchases - more and customer and - did not help process the purchase the I left went - and it happen again so today I call Navy Federal Credit Union at less - today.
