Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit New Jersey
I received a summons from RAB performance and I answered, paid the money and went to court when I received the court date. No one ever showed for this company and the judgement was vacated. It is still pending on my credit file and I am unable to obtain a mortgage. I am a single mom trying to provide a better life for my son. This has stagnated me. I am not even aware of the company - any dealings hence me going to court to find out more. Please help me
