I went into a debt collection program in - and had settled all my obligations by -. I am trying to refinance my mortgage to gain a lower rate. On my recent credit report the bank noticed that I have a judgment issued on -/-/- from my Discover card. On page - of the credit report it states that there was a settlement. Payment was made and the account was closed. I need help removing the judgment from my credit report as it is no longer active. Thanks. - -
