Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia

I 've informed the loan company that with a loss of a job, I 've had some difficulties paying on my loan. I have made payments when possible and I continue to work towards paying off the loan. When the manager of the company calls to collect, that 's understandable. I do n't have an issue with him trying to collect. The problem I have is the manner in which he speaks. Knowing I have lost my job and just started a new one, this manager says that I am being a coward '' and that I 'm not a man '' for paying on the loan when it 's due. He has stated that he


will get in trouble for the phone calls, I 'm fed up with the way he acts and I want someone else to step in and handle this. To put me down and degrade me, knowing I just lost a job, and to call me a coward and telling me I 'm not a man is not only just plain rude, but it is affecting me on a personal level. I try hard to support my family and pay my bills. It 's not my fault that my old company was sold and me without a job. I 'm trying to do what 's right but to be put down and harassed is truly uncalled for. My complaint is that I 'm getting bullied, harassed, and put down by this manager, even after I have tried to make payments to him, and I want it to stop. I do n't have any desire to deal with this guy anymore and I know I should n't have to. Please help me get this taken care of.
