I have signed documents from these times applying for the federal loans and they dealt with the transfers of my private loans to several parties. During that time I noticed that when they transferred my loans from one private lender to another my loans increased in each by about 20 % -30 %. I do not recollect any documentation of any interest '' or fees '' that would state my overall loans would be increased to add on another 20-30 % of my entire loan.
