Discover Credit card department,
APR or interest rate New Jersey
Discover is applying payments in excess to the minimum payment primarily to the balance with the lowest APR instead of the one with the highest APR per the Cardmember Agreement. I would have chosen to apply the payments to other balances had I known that Discover was not going to abide by the agreement.
